One of our backend nodes responded slowly and requests were also intermittently dropped, making it difficult or impossible to use the Skovik service. The issue was a faulty background job which in turn slowed down responses from one of our database nodes.

The problem commenced at 11:10 (UTC), at 11:11 it was detected by our monitoring system and we began investigating. Five minutes later, at 11:16 the problem was resolved and the service was operating nominally again.

We will make adjustments to ensure that these types of background jobs cannot cause this problem. We also sincerely apologize for the trouble this have caused.
